In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), jilid is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable identification documents include:

All deposits to your jilid Casino wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilid does not impose deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your jilid wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within thirty (30) minutes, contact jilid support with your transaction reference number.
jilid reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit at its discretion, including where jilid suspects the deposit is made in connection with unlawful activity.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests to a different payment method may require additional verification.
Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. First-time withdrawal requests are subject to an additional review period of up to twenty-four (24) hours. Subsequent verified withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jilid reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱100 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing prior notice to the registered mobile number. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player upon account reactivation and successful identity re-verification.

jilid reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number or via a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
